If a provider does not prescribe

You are charged for medication only after approval. If a provider does not prescribe, any medication charge is refunded.

Bundles

If a provider does not approve the medication in a bundle, you can switch to a training-only plan or cancel.

Prescription medications cannot be returned

Once dispensed, a prescription cannot be returned.
