What is a The Dell Effect bundle?
A 3-month plan built around one body goal. Each bundle has its own training program from Cordell and a provider-guided medical program, with one monthly payment. Train online, in a small group or 1:1. A licensed provider decides whether any medication is right for you.
Which bundles are there for women?
Lean & Strong, Gentle Start, Sculpt & Core, Glow & Energy, Restore. Online bundles for women start at $269 a month.
Which bundles are there for men?
Cut, Build, Midsection Reset 40+, Engine, Recover. Online bundles for men start at $299 a month.
How much do the bundles cost?
Online bundles start at $269 a month, small-group bundles at $349 and 1:1 bundles at $519. Each is a 3-month program billed monthly, with one payment a month that covers training and the medical program.
What is the difference between online, group and 1:1?
Online: 3 app workouts a week, weekly check-ins and chat with Cordell. Group: 2 small-group sessions a week at Cordell's gym or D1 Training Novi, plus the app. 1:1: 2 private sessions a week, plus the app.
What if a provider does not approve the medication?
You are not charged for medication unless a licensed provider approves it. You can keep training with a training-only plan or cancel, and any medication charge is refunded.
Does Cordell prescribe medication?
No. Cordell coaches your training, nutrition habits and accountability. Licensed providers make every prescribing decision and handle medication questions in the patient portal.
Can I just buy a program without training?
Yes. Every program, such as GLP-1 weight, NAD+, recovery peptides, hair and men's health, can be started on its own from the Programs page.
Where do you serve?
In-person training is in Metro Detroit, MI, at Cordell's gym or D1 Training Novi. Online coaching works anywhere, and medication ships to most US states where partner providers are licensed.

What is Dell Effect Rx?
Dell Effect Rx is the training and prescription storefront of The Dell Effect, led by trainer Cordell. It offers 3-month bundles that combine coaching with provider-guided programs, plus training only and programs on their own.
Who prescribes the medication?
Licensed providers in your state review your online visit and decide whether a treatment is appropriate. The Dell Effect and its trainers do not prescribe and do not give medical advice.
Do you offer TRT or testosterone?
No. Testosterone replacement is not offered.
